Dr Michael Bainbridge

With a PhD Professional Doctorate in Industry 4.0/Digital Manufacturing, Michael has an extensive background working with OEM’s in the UK manufacturing, automotive and rail sectors.

He has been delivering and coaching lean application programmes globally for 18 years and has led the network design for an Industry 4.0 ecosystem of autonomous EVs for passenger and delivery vehicles across many regions of the USA, Dubai and Tokyo.

His technical capabilities include supply chain management, lean training, programme management, smart tooling and lean leadership coaching.

Michael is on a mission to demystify Industry 4.0 and empower businesses to navigate the ever-evolving industrial landscape with confidence.

Kevin Jones

Working within the rail, automotive, construction and manufacturing sectors, Kevin has developed a unique expertise in strategic planning, operational performance & process improvement within multiple & complex organisations.

He has successfully used his experience and expertise to prepare and deliver bespoke lean development packages based on an integrated strategic approach and focused on team and leader behaviours.

His technical capabilities include lean strategy development, lean training, quality systems and supply chain development.
